How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday inclusive are processed the same day.
In other words, they are removed from stock, checked, packaged, stamped and delivered to the carrier of your choice.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. are processed on the next working day.
What delivery methods are available?
- 24h/48h Colissimo delivery to your home from Monday to Saturday
- 24h/48h Colissimo delivery to Pickup relays or Pickup station lockers
- Delivery by Colissimo 24h/48h by collection from the Post Office
- Free Colissimo delivery on orders over €49
What payment methods are accepted?
Augarde offers 2 payment methods:
– Credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
– PayPal
Is payment by credit card secure?
Payment is entirely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner: PayPlug.
Your bank details circulate on the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. they are encoded in such a way as to make them completely illegible.
They will never come into our possession.
From a technical point of view, the security system is based on 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
The encryption is fully handled by Ogone (Service Internet de Paiement Sécurisé).
Ogone is one of Europe’s leading operators of payment services for e-commerce and distance selling, with thousands of customers in 35 countries.
Can I make an exchange?
You can exchange any item that does not suit you within 14 days of receiving your order.
The items you wish to exchange must be new and unworn, in their original, undamaged box.
If the returned items were on special offer or if you used a promotional code when validating your first order, you will benefit from the same discount for your exchanged order.
Is my Augarde watch waterproof?
The water resistance of an Augarde watch is 50m.
We recommend avoiding contact with water.
Avoid wearing the watch in the shower, while bathing, swimming, diving or any other activity where it is directly exposed to water.
Please note that water damage is not covered by our 24-month warranty.
Can I wash my bracelet?
Leather strap: Washing the leather strap is not recommended.
Exposure to water will dry out the leather and could damage the strap.
However, a watchmaker or dealer near you may have products specially designed to clean leather.
Silicone strap: Always separate the strap from the watch case.
Wash with warm water and soap, brushing the strap gently.
Then dry flat on a towel.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Our watches are manufactured to Augarde’s strict quality standards.
Nevertheless, our limited warranty covers your watch against all manufacturing defects, including the movement.
Our warranty covers Augarde watches for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
Upon expiration of the warranty period, all repairs will be subject to a service charge.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The Augarde warranty does not cover :
- Defects and damage resulting from loss or theft of the watch or caused by fire, water or natural disaster.
- Defects or damage due to improper use, negligence (knocks, scratches, crushing, broken glass, etc.) or accident.
- Defects or damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by a third party
- Aesthetic alterations, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and ageing
- Battery and bracelet
- Watches whose serial number is missing or has been erased, modified, falsified, replaced, defaced or rendered illegible.
